"We cannot possibly say enough good things about Tamara Jones and the work she put in to help us buy our house in Fernandina Beach. She has patiently worked with us for over 2 years to help us find exactly what we wanted. Doing this from Virginia made it a bit harder but, between our visits there, Tamara emailed us potential properties, did virtual showings through video calls and answered our countless texts and phone calls. When it came to negotiating the contract, Tamara's knowledge and instincts were indispensable. Her guidance navigating issues from the inspection clearly showed she had our best interest at heart. She advised us to walk away from the sale when she felt we were not being treated fairly. Fortunately, Tamara was persistent in getting us the best possible resolution and our future retirement home is now a reality. Tamara helped us find a great house, in a great neighborhood, at a great price on Amelia Island.But wait, there's more! Tamara enlisted a fellow agent so we could see a property as soon as possible when she was not available. She gave us great advice about insurance companies and agents in the area. She put us in touch with an excellent property manager who will be finding us renters until we can move south. And, she's taken time to meet contractors at the house for us even though her job was officially done. We cannot believe how fortunate we were to work with Tamara Jones through this whole experience. We highly recommend her and would give her more than 5 stars if that were possible."
